Domestic violence in a social and legal concept means any sort of abuse be it physical, emotional, sexual or financial between partners living under the same roof. It refers to as an attempt by one partner upon the other in an intimate relationship[ or marriage. By domestic violence we understand that one person dominates and controls the other either sexually or emotionally. When we talk about domestic abuse, we generally talk about women being abused by male partners, but in some cases even men are victims of domestic violence, it is mostly emotional and verbal. This is rare and less severe. Domestic violence occurs in millions of houses everyday, and a huge number of these incidents go unreported. This affects the mental peace and health of the person who is the victim of the abuse. Major stress problems faced by today's Teenagers/Young Adults.

 THE YOUNG ADULTS OR TEENAGERS:~
  In our daily lives we go through a lot of stress. Some because of work,children,health issues etc. Adults usually suffer through hectic schedule because of their busy life style this leads to depression in some cases. But today we will be talking about our young adults as in today's world teenagers are more depressed than the adults. All lot of times we forget to acknowledge WHAT DIFFICULTIES TEENAGER MUST BE SUFFERING FROM? We are here to guide you to find Inner Peace and how you can attain tranquility.
Most of the teens stress about not finding the correct people to be around such as searching for love,friends,feeling lonely,parents being strict and etc. If you are a teenager or an young adult and you are going through something similar then you have visited the right place to HEAL YOURSELF.


LOVE:~
 Being the most indispensable feeling in the world is NEEDED BY EVERYONE ON THIS PLANET. But we do not need to disturb are inner peace in order to search for it. If you are unable to find true love because of the trust issues your past relationship has caused. If you are not confident in yourself  and have made mistakes before by choosing a wrong partner for yourself then you need to move on from the past and believe yourself. You need to wait for the right time and right person. You should give chance to someone who deserves your love and who is willing to love you. Try to trust then cause if you don't give them a chance then you might never find someone. If the person you are still stuck on has moved on already then it's sign from god that he/she is not right for you and that is why they left in the first place. Its a sign from god itself that they were not meant to be in your life so why shall you disturb your mental peace because of that. So try to move on from the past and give an opportunity to someone who is willing to be there for you. Don't rush yourself, you need yo take care of yourself more,spend more time with yourself or with your loved ones.


LONELINESS:~
 In most cases teens feel lonely, they feel left out, they want to fight in' the crowd with their peers. they join many social media platforms, they try to catch up on trends followed by their friends. In case if they lack behind in some aspect they get bullied(in some cases) this then leads to depression, insecurities, being anti-social, in some severe cases it results in being suicidal, inviting different kinds of problems. it happens also because they have no real friends or no one to share their problems with. In this case you should always reach out to your family members as they are the ones who will not leave your side, and your parents are the ones who can give you the best advice and will not judge you for being who you truly are. You can also go to a very trusted adult to discuss your issues. Also, if your parents are not so supportive or if they have a busy life then you should suggest them to READ MY UPCOMING BLOG AS IT INCLUDES ON HOW TO BE MORE SUPPORTIVE TOWARDS YOUR CHILDREN, COOPERATE WITH THEM AND ENCOURAGE THEM.
